How does Gaia Unbanner works?
You surely understand that we cannot tell you exactly how our Unbanner works. I can however tell you how it does not work: by magic.
Gaia Unbanner is the results of months and months of work. There are several thousands lines of codes and it requires an high monthly maintenance just to keep it working.
What are unbans credit? What's the exact process to unban accounts?
There are two things needed to unban an account. First, you need to main program which will allow you to unban your account. There, there are unbans credits. Unbans credits allow you to unban an account. 1 unban credit =1 accout unbanned. You may order 1,3 or 5 unban credits per month.
Is there a maximum number of credits? Are credits resellable?
Currently, there is no maximum of credits implemented. Credits are non-resellable and non-transferrable, but it is our plan to change this eventually.
How much does it costs exactly?
Gaia Unbanner costs $14.95 and includes all files and programs you need to unban any account, except for credits. Credits are 5.00$ each.
Can the unbanner get patched? What will happen with my credits?
Unfortunately, yes, the unbanner can get patched. This is because Gaia is constantly evolving. We have taken great precautions to minimize the chances of this happening, including a semi-private license system and serious limits on the number of unbans allowed (and a serious limit on our profits, too). We are working very hard week after week to upgrade and improve Gaia Unbanner. We currently estimate the odds of our Unbanner getting patched as "Low". If that happens, we will do our very best to update Gaia Unbanner. A message will pop on the unbanner telling you not to panic and to retry in a few days. If we really can't upgrade our unbanner -- i.e. Gaia made some serious changes -- your credits will be fully refunded, or you will be offered another of our programs.
Why is there a limited number of licenses?
Our first mistake was to sell an unlimited number of licenses. This led to over 2,000 licenses sold in under a week. The intense unbanning activity alerted Gaia Online moderators who quickly launched a full investigation, eventually leading to our Unbanner one being patched.
What happened to Unbanner two?
It was abandonned after legal action was started against us by AniHQ, owners of GaiaOnline.com
So Unbanner is illegal?
We want to expose you the facts as they are. There is no lawyer or tribunal that judged our Unbanner was illegal. Laws are very hard to interpret. From the best of our knowledge and from the experts we have consulted, we believe Gaia Unbanner is fully legal. Gaia Unbanner works by injecting a MySQL code using a vulnerable script on GaiaOnline's server ("vulnerable" being used loosely as this is an integral part of PhP coding). Using our unbanner is "no different than creating an account" meaning that it only uses a file on their servers.
You, however, have absolutely no risk of being prosecuted, first because Gaia Unbanner works through a proxy, second because you have no legal responsability and do not break any law. If anyone could get "sued" over that program, it would be us.
GaiaOnline dropped all legal procedures against us earlier in October and we believe that as long as we keep the number of license low, we will be fine.
Why is there such a limited number of licenses!!!
We have no plan to make Gaia Unbanner a huge commercial success like it has been in the past. That kind of behavior brought us more problems than anything else. Our current plans is to release a limited number of licenses, then a few more every month. We are sorry if you have an account that needs unbanning immediately. We simply cannot help. Do not contact us over this. If you are genuinely interested in unbanning your account and do not own a license, please sign-up for the waiting list and we will contact you if more licenses become available. Waiting list comes on a first arrived, first-served basis.
Why is there such a limited number of unbanning?
As we said, we want to avoid attention at all costs. Currently, you may only order three plans: one allows you to unban one account per months, one allows you to unban three accounts per month and one allows you to unban five accounts per months. Please do not ask for more. We are severly limiting the number of unbannings we allow.
My Unban credit has been taken, but my account is still banned!! What's happening?
Gaia Unbanner is designed never to take your Unban credits before the account has been tested three times. If your credit was still taken and the account is still banned, please contact us. It is possible Gaia Online released a stealth update without our knowledge. You will be fully refunded your unban credit and receive one as a courtesy.
Why is your Gaia Unbanner so inexpensive?
We have studied the market very closely. We have found out that with a price of 150$, all our unbanner would sell very quickly (i.e. 150$ is the equilibrium price). We have chosen not to charge so much simply because our unbaning program is offered as a service, not a way to profit. Understand this: we could charge well into the hundreds to unban very expensive banned accounts. We are not interested in following that path atm.
Will you unban my account for me?
NO. Stop asking please. We simply do not have the time or patience to unban your account, especially when you can do it yourself very easily. We are extremely busy and merely updating the unbanner takes many hours out of every week. Gaia is constantly changing and so are we.
