I will answer each question personally and professionally.

I feel CP get's to many support emails, and dont have enough time to work on what they need to do. So, I can help with a little support. I will have this topic in 3 places:

Why Did CP switch to Alertpay rather than using paypal? Why hasn't the unbanner been released after multiple sunday delays? I dont know what kind of questions you can answer without even being apart of the development team.

Many bugs are found, errors, etc. The Unbanner is no longer for sale, thus, there wont be many complaint requests saying it doesn't work etc. They are thinking of releasing it free.

Can I get a refund on the unbanner and the Guide then? A Guide which I've yet to receive and for the faulty of the unbanner, especially if its going to be free...

This question sort of runs along side with what is being spoken about now but there was a post somewhere saying tha the unbanner was going to be up and working by Christmas.

Is it something new that they are going to send us or is the application we WERE already sent going to work?

Do we also have to pay for it? I'll be REALLY pissed if i have to pay again for something I paid for and did not get to use.

Also, just in case they do have to send something, how do we make sure it gets to our email address?
