1) How do I know you won't steal my account?
Chaos Programming simply verify said account exists and has the said amount of gold on it. Anyone can use the form above to list any account. We want to make sure only qualified sellers are able to sell on our marketplace. We have nothing to win by stealing anyone's account. Our popular bot GoldenGaia already gives us more billions than we can dream of. Furthermore, we would lose our entire credibility and name over $5 worth of gold. We never and never will steal your account, only check it.
2) Can I list my acount at any price?
Yes. You can list a 1 gold item for $1,000 if you wish or a 1 trillion gold account for 1 cent if you wish. However we suggest you look at our gold page to make sure the price you are asking is reasonable. Accounts are listed on our page from the lowest price per million to the highest price per million.
3) What if I make a mistake while entering the account price?
Contact us immediately and we will modify the price for you. There is a short delay before your auction goes live as we have to verify it. Please check and double-check the information as you enter it however.
4)What are the fees for using this service?
There are absolutely no fee for using this service. Listing and selling is entirely free and you don't have to pay a single cent to us. Paypal may charge you a transaction fee but they are very reasonable, well under 5%.
5)I want to stop playing Gaia. Can I sell my account?
Yes! You don't need to be a gold farmer to use our system. You may sell only one account or one account per day if you wish. Anyone can sell as many accounts as he wishes. Our sale page is actually an excellent way to sell something you invested a lot of time in. If you're going to stop using it and waste it anyway, why not get a couple of dollars?
6)Can I sell an item directly? Can I sell gold directly instead?
NO. We insist that you sell an entire account for safety reason. Trading gold or using the gift system to trade an item is extremely unreliable and frequently leads to problems. You are forced to trade an entire account. If you want to sell 1,000,000 gold, create a mule, put the gold on it and sell the account. This is to ensure the buyer's safety.
7) Do you offer any guarantee or insurance?
Absolutely not. The transaction is entirely at your risk. If the account gets banned or if the buyer opens a complaint, it's your entire responsability.
8) My account sold twice! What do I do?
This is an extremely rare situation. In order for it to happen, two people would have to buy the same account at the same time. In practice this can almost never happen. If it does, it is your responsability to refund the second order since the system is a first-come, first-go service. Then again, we insiste these situations are extremely rare and almost impossible.
9)What if my account doesn't sell? How long does the listing last?
The listing doesn't expire. If the account is no longer for sale, please remove it using the short form above. You might find that your account is overpriced and thus not selling as fast as it should. In such case, remove the account from sale and relist it at a different, lower price. Yes, you will need to get it reapproved again.
10) Should I list my account under the GOLD or ACCOUNT category?
This is a good question. It all depends on what you believe your account is worth. Know that GOLD category usually sells faster than ACCOUNT and has been uniformised and thus offer the best usability. However if your account is rare, or has some sort of value not evaluated by tektek, it might be better to sell it under the ACCOUNT category. Say you have an account name "111" with 10g on it; it's worth much more than the value of the gold and you should list it under the account category.
